The existing brick fireplace with dated brass doors and a simple oak mantel created a visually heavy, outdated centerpiece in the living area. - Custom Mantel: Replaced the plain beam with an elegant Alder wood Liberty Lodge mantel featuring refined crown molding details and a rich stain that complements the stone's natural variation.
- Fireplace Components: Coordinated the installation of sleek black fireplace doors that create a subtle contrast against the stone, while matching 20"x 20" hearthstones provide seamless floor transition.
The Outcome
In this interior transformation, we successfully converted an outdated, heavy brick fireplace into a sophisticated stone feature wall that serves as a stunning centerpiece for the entire living space.
