Phil was great. Our house has older Hardie siding installed by some other company. While I was concerned about some boards in wetter areas, Phil told me what needed to be done, which turns out to be minimal. I learned two things today: James Hardie is fabulous siding, and if I ever need to replace it, the only company I would call for installation is HX Home Solutions. Thanks again for your help, Phil.

We have worked with HX Home Solutions on 3 separate occasions, and were satisfied each time. In the most resent work they replaced 9 second floor windows with vinyl ProVia windows. These are good quality windows at a reasonable cost. The sashes go up and down smoothly and they tip inward for washing and can also be removed.I was concerned with possible damage being done to siding and plantings around the perimeter of the house during the replacement process. No damage occurred! We were sent a two man crew to replace the windows. A man by the name of Richie was in charge. After asking our permission they set up their equipment in our garage and on our driveway. Richie worked from inside the house and his crew mate worked outside on a ladder. They covered the floor near each window for protection. There was much less noise and pounding than I had expected. The work took one and a half days. When they left my garage was cleaner than before they came.What really impressed me about Richie is when I asked him to remove an old bird nest from the gutter above one of the new windows. During the removal of the nest I noticed that the gutter was also loose at that point. He tightened it up with 2 screws. Richie refused my offer of money for these side jobs. Without his help I would have need to hire someone else to do this simple job.

Let me start by saying that I don’t write up reviews unless a company has truly done and all-around exceptional job. That is definitely the case for HX Home solutions!I had them re-side the 6 gables (with frieze boards) on my home with Hardie shingles. The results were exceptional. The crew (Rob and Matt) are excellent carpenters who I found were with the company for an impressively long time. I was very impressed by the detail they paid to the installation from start to finish on what I would say were some rather difficult situations. I say all this after having a rather extensive experience working with contractors over the years on several properties that I have owned.How did I decide on HX after speaking with at least 5 Hardie contractors? It started with meeting with Phil (the estimator). He and I spoke the same language dealing with construction and I could tell he had a great deal of hands on experience himself.Their contract was very detailed and thorough. Pricing was very competitive and actually was substantially lower that Landmark Exteriors.Al in all, I would consider HX the company to go with on your remodeling projects.

From start to finish, HX Home solutions showed a remarkable degree of professionalism. The project was to remodel a 30-year-old fireplace, replacing black marble with a beautiful stone veneer and the result is nothing short of amazing. Ziggy, the stone mason displayed a rare measure of old-world craftsmanship with close attention to detail. Alan, my HX contact was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the project. .. HX replaced my original faded/cracked wood front door with a beautiful ProVia fiberglass door. The installation required that the seams on the sides be sealed with caulk to weatherproof it. HX sealed it with caulk but then fabricated an extra panel to make the installation look perfect. They also stained the new casing to perfectly match the door. They truly take great pride in their work and in customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for other projects.

All of the employees at HX Home Solutions were great to work with throughout the process from design to installation. They replaced our front door and installed a new service door in the garage. HX Home Solutions helped us update our '90's fireplace. The entire process was so easy! We met the sales rep Alan and he helped us re-imagine our fireplace. The stone was delivered in a timely fashion and the install was scheduled in short order. On the install day, the mason and his assistant arrived on time, looked over the job, made sure they had all the necessary supplies and began. The job did take a bit longer than anticipated but the result is exactly what we were hoping for! They were so careful with our furniture, rugs and floors and left our home just as they found it. We would highly recommend HX Home Solutions!

Can’t rave enough about my experience with HX Home Solutions on my front door replacement. They were so patient working with me on the design and selection of the door. The resulting ProVia door is beautiful, greatly adding to my home’s curb appeal and comfort. But the best part was the HX team members, and the exceptional customer service and communication they provided. Their attention to detail is fantastic, from installation to cleanup. We used HX Homes to remodel our basement (it was previously unfinished) and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. The team worked fast, did high quality work and was always respectful of the fact that I was working from home throughout the construction. I hired the HX Home Solutions after seeing the job at one of my friends house. I was really impressed with the workmanship, cleanness, and the final product - finishing the basement.I talked to Shaunak and Pawel from HX Home Solution to see if the can do basement remodeling of my newly built house. Pawel was very instrumental at the design. The estimate was competitive with other companies. Pawel was very responsive to any problems and solved the issues promptly. There was never a negative answer. Whole basement was finished within the time frame. I was very impressed with the cleanness, work ethics, and overall workmanship.I already recommended HX Home Solution to some other friend and people who need similar job done.I am going to use them for any future projects.

HX Solutions did a superb job for us! Approximately 18-months ago we reached out to several James Hardie distributors for a quote. HX was not only the fastest to respond, but they came to our house and worked with us on two occasions to ensure we were creating the "look" that would delight us and provided a very competitive bid.While HX was onsite, their team was on-time, professional and kept a very clean worksite, especially important to us since we have younger children. I was looking online for re-roofing color ideas as I live in Florida. I found a house online and the name of one of the contractors HX Home Solutions and North Star Stone was listed at the top; so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with the office staff who then referred me to the owner ((( SHAUNAK)))) He called me and we have been in communication as he was trying to find out what the roof color was on that house as his amazing company was called in to do the siding and stone work. Even though I cannot utilize his services, he has stayed in contact trying to find out the information on who was the roofing contractor was at the time and and documents on the house as it was built some time ago. I appreciate that even while we are in separate states, he and his staff have been so helpful by Shaunak and his staff going out of their way to help someone they have never seen....and that speaks volumes as far I'm concerned and I will do my part to share the 5 ***** star experience that I received. Simply amazing!!!!!!!

We had a major roof issue at our home. We had leaks appear and our drywall started showing water damage from the leaks. We called up HX Home Solutions. They come in and did an amazing job. They did an inspection both on the inside and outside. Our roof and gutters were very old and deteriorated. Their crew came in and worked efficiently and also were friendly. After the whole project was done, the owner came back and did a final inspection of the job. Also followed up a week later after a thunderstorm to check in on how the roof was. We would definitely use HX again if any home work needed to be done in the future.

Shaunak and his team did an amazing job on our home. We replaced the following: Siding, windows, front door, gutters and stained the outside brick. He came out and outlined everything they would do along with the timeframe and presented us with a very reasonable quote. We recently selected HX Home Solutions to install James Hardie siding on our house after receiving 3 other quotes. This was a big job and is probably one of their largest residential siding jobs. Out of the gate I was impressed with the level of detail of the quote we received which far exceeced the other companies. HX Home Solutions recently re-sided our porch addition. It had rotted wood and bad insulation. The crew completely removed the damaged walls and used foam insulation, house wrap and all new plywood under the new siding. With their attention to detail and diligent work, our newly restored porch will last a long time! The owner, Shaunak, is extremely personable, concerned about our needs and was always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend this company and plan to use them for a new roof one day. We worked with HX for a front door replacement, exterior trim work, and a whole house repainting. Shaunak and Phil are some of the most kindest and professional people we have worked with. They we very attentive to both our thoughts concerning design as well as requests during the building and painting processes. They excelled at keeping us informed with respect to their schedule and timeline for the project. They also helped to offer budget friendly options when unforeseen issues emerged during the project. The painters at HX were nothing short of amazing. When painting an entire house owners can be very anxious handing over the end product to perfect strangers. HX's painters (Tony and Kathy, and their amazing staff) gave us unexpected confidence both before and during the process. Amazing...just amazing attention to detail. We are very grateful HX's performance and professionalism; and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

HX installed 10 new windows (some singles some 3window banks) in my townhouse in the city. They were very responsive and knowledgeable about what would be best for my window situation (had some old rotted window frames etc). They were very punctual and responsive, and did great work. A couple months later after the install, windows are still fantastic and I actually get compliments on them from visitors! Would highly recommend.

We wanted to say thank you to HX Home Solutions for completely updating our house with new custom colored siding from Hardie. We have received so compliments from the neighbors about the new look.Shaunak, the owner, provided expert advice. He made sure that the new roof coordinated with the new siding and the existing stone on the house. The installation crews were professional, fast and neat. Flashing and caulking was first rate and am confident that we will have a water tight house. To complete the project we added new gutters and down spouts plus three windows. HX Home Solutions does it all. Shaunak also suggested some options including adding stained bead board under the porch that we love and we see every day. The lead carpenter rebuilt our posts holding up the roof over the porch and then trimmed out the posts to create a statement.If you are looking for a total transformation of your home’s siding, roofing, gutters and windows you need to consider HX Home Solutions. Hired to do roof & gutter replacement, insulation, stone masonry, chimney flashing & electrical.My project went very well. The workmanship was excellent & was completed on time. Their price estimate was on point except for a few surprises from prior vendors that could not be known until after the job started. They did a nice job of charging a reasonable cost to cover most of these surprises. Also there was questionable stone & flashing work done by previous HX Stone owner over 10 yrs ago. When I called them up to discuss this, they were concerned as they felt their reputation was on the line. They corrected the situation in a very satisfactory manner & made nice price adjustments to cover this. Based on this work, their desire to do this & their professionalism, I gave them the entire project, which initially I had no intention to do.Because of the short term turnaround to complete the job, one negative item was we could not schedule everything in its most logical path. This caused inconveniences more than anything else.
